Anne said - 'I first met Wendy two years ago when my beloved dog Rex died and I was ravaged by grief. Somehow, she held me together and helped pull me through the pain. Over the years, she has supported me with her warmth and wisdom and gently helped me understand myself more clearly and deeply. I really don't know how she does this. She doesn't give advice and rarely gives opinions, let alone judgments. And yet she guides me to find my own way to sorting myself out. It never feels as if there's a set structure to what we do but there definitely is, and when we review our work, I can clearly see the progress I've made. I've come such a long way with Wendy's help. Its magic!'
Susan told me - 'I honestly could never thank you enough for everything you did. You made our lives so much better'
Clare wanted to say - 'Thanks so much for your help and support over this difficult year. You've taught me such a lot and I'm forever grateful'
Jane said - 'I love coming to our sessions, it gives me space to think about what I want and a chance to think about me'
Helen told me - 'I've really enjoyed our sessions. I find them really challenging but I am able to go away and really process what is happening and what I want to do to change'
Shirley shared - 'I highly recommend Wendy. She created a safe space with a therapeutic approach for me to talk about complex family relationships and the impact this was having on my low mood and everyday anxiety. Our work together has helped me to feel empowered in my every day life moving forwards'
